Signal Hill Park Introduction: Signal Hill was once the place where the Hong Kong Observatory hoisted tropical cyclone warning signals and announced time. There is a signal tower built of red bricks on the mountain. In the early years, ships in Victoria Harbor could see the signals sent from the tower. Later, it was blocked by the New World Center and became a historical landscape.
