Bridge introduction: Mehmed Paša Sokolović Bridge was built in 1566 and completed in 1571 by Mimar, one of the greatest architects and engineers of the Turkish and Italian Renaissance. Designed and built by Mimar Koca Sinan, it is his outstanding representative work.
