Introduction to Lazienki Palace: Lazienki Palace is located in the middle of the lake in the park. This majestic, colorful and magnificent water palace was originally the residence of royal officials and is now one of the state hotels. In the center of the palace is a rotunda with hanging chandeliers. The decorations of the surrounding buildings are unique. It is said that there were 200 paintings, 60 works of art, 17 clocks and 80 statues stored in the palace. If you look at this building from a distance, the palace on the island and the reflection in the water are integrated, which is refreshing and beautiful.
The Lazienki Palace was looted and destroyed by Hitler's elements in the autumn of 1944, and reconstruction and restoration began in 1960. Not far to the northeast, the Meshilewiecki Palace is well preserved and not damaged by the war.
