Introduction to Sakyamuni Buddha: The open-air Sakyamuni Buddha is 24.7 meters tall and is hand-forged with red copper. The top cover is supported by four flying pillars from four directions. Sakyamuni Buddha sits in lotus position. On the lotus platform, there are majestic treasures; the base of the Pavilion of Ten Thousand Buddhas is 4 meters high and 17.8 meters in diameter. The interior is the underground Pavilion of Ten Thousand Buddhas. The outer wall is composed of an all-copper forged image of Sakyamuni teaching the Dharma. The statue is as solemn as the Dharma.
