Temple introduction: There are many legends about the origin of the name of Jinquan Temple. The most testable one is: During the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty, a great general of the Ming Dynasty led his troops to the west and saw a spiritual spring that gushes day and night. , surrounded by lush water and grass and pleasant scenery, we set up camp here, stationed troops and cultivated fields, which is our current Nantun. It is said that warriors who drink the water from the spring are very strong and brave in fighting the enemy. They use the spring water to irrigate their crops and their crops grow very well. Every time after a battle, the general would use the spring water to make tea and bathe. He happily said that this was the "golden spring". People built a temple here and named it Jinquan Temple to pray for an early end to the war, peace for the country, peace for the people, and happiness on earth.
