The sunlight represents wisdom and the moonlight represents compassion; the hexagonal and seven-story double eaves are cast into seven floors. It means "building a seven-level pagoda to eliminate disasters and diseases for all living beings"; a total of 28 Buddha statues are enshrined in the pagoda.
