Torpedo cabin introduction: In the early morning of February 5, 1895, the "Dingyuan" ship was attacked by a Japanese naval torpedo boat during the Weihai defense battle. Ding Ruchang ordered the warship to run aground to the south of Liugong Island before it sank, and used naval guns to , enhance the defense power of the east entrance. Ding Ruchang was forced to evacuate "Dingyuan" and moved to "Zhenyuan" to command.
