Introduction to Bloodstone Cliff: Motian Ridge was once the ancient battlefield where Qi Jiguang fought against Japanese pirates. The stacked rocks on the west side are also called "Bloodstone Cliff" because of their red color. Locals say these are the bloodstains left by Qi's army when they fought against Japanese pirates.
