Introduction to Caiyi Hall: Caiyi Hall is located in the third entrance of Weng's former residence, facing south and is the main hall of the former residence. This hall was built in the Ming Dynasty and changed its owner several times. The guqin master Yan Tianchi and the bibliophile Zhang Jinwu both lived here. After Weng Xincun purchased it, it was expanded and renovated, and the name was changed to "Caiyi Hall", which was taken from the meaning of "colorful clothes to entertain relatives" in the Twenty-Four Filial Piety, as a place for filial piety and raising mothers. In 1996, it was listed as a national key cultural relic protection unit by the State Council. Due to the humid climate in Jiangnan, it is rare for it to be preserved to this day. Therefore, it is a rare ancient folk art building in southern my country, and it also represents the perfection of Changshu's architectural art in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.
