Looking east from Tonghui Pavilion, you can have a panoramic view of the coastal hills and plains. Every year at dawn on the first day of the tenth month of the lunar calendar, if you look east to the sea, you can see the sun and the moon emerging from the water at the same time, reflecting each other, which is a wonderful spectacle.
