Introduction to the Parents' Hall: The tall platform located behind the Zixiao Hall was built in the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty and was destroyed in the early years. The existing buildings were rebuilt in the late Qing Dynasty, and the architectural style of the Qing Dynasty remains.
All the major temples in Wudang Mountain have parents’ halls, which reflect the Wudang Taoist teachings of loyalty, filial piety and sincerity.
