Introduction to the Martyrs Cemetery: Wuhu Martyrs Cemetery is adjacent to Shenshan Park, covering an area of 66 acres. It is divided into four main functional areas: the monument mausoleum paying homage area, the martyrs’ deeds memorial hall, the central square, and the reception management office. Martyr Bi Wubin, who was known as the "Dong Cunrui of the Air Force" on the Korean battlefield, and martyr Li Jiafa, the "Huang Jiguang-style" combat hero, all came from Wuhu. In order to commemorate the revolutionary martyrs, in May 1949, the Wuhu Municipal People's Government designated the woodland at the northern foot of the Holy Mountain as the "Revolutionary Soldiers Cemetery". In April 1953, the municipal government officially designated the cemetery as a cemetery for revolutionary martyrs and deceased soldiers in accordance with the resolution of the People's Congress. It is one of the revolutionary memorial buildings for early childhood education in Anhui Province.
