Introduction to Shuiliandong: Shuiliandong is located on the cliff on the east side of Mount Shifu in Luban Gorge. It is an arched natural cave about 50 meters long, 30 meters high and 20 meters deep. During the rainy season, water flows from the top of the mountain through the cave. It gets its name from the flowing water flowing down in front of it, forming a curtain of water.
The Buddhist murals and statues in Shuilian Cave were first built in the Later Qin Dynasty during the Sixteen Kingdoms period, and were built repeatedly through the Northern Wei, Northern Zhou, Sui, Tang and Five Dynasties to the Yuan Dynasty. There are original Bodhisattva Hall, Laojun Pavilion, Four Saints Palace and other palaces and pavilions. Each hall, platform, pavilion and pavilion are opened and closed according to the natural cave. They are well-proportioned and exquisitely crafted. They complement the surrounding springs, sculptures and paintings. It has the interest of natural scenery.
