Introduction to Yanshan Temple: Yanshan Temple, formerly known as Lingyan Temple, is located in Tianyan Village at the northern foot of Mount Wutai, Nanyukou, Fanzhi County (near Zhonghu Valley). It was founded in the third year of Jin Zhenglong (1158) and was repaired many times in the Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties. The temple is full of lush green pine trees and the ancient palace is majestic, spectacular and quiet, like a bright pearl set in the mountains.
