Introduction to Kaiyuan Temple: Kaiyuan Temple, built in 1930, is a very famous temple in Wuxi and is known as the "Little Lingyin" of Wuxi. Kaiyuan Temple has three treasures: a bronze statue of Maitreya Buddha from Thailand, a Buddhist bell from Japan, and a portrait of Buddha and Bodhisattva from the United States. The Jade Buddha Tower in the temple was specially built for the largest Jade Buddha in East China presented by the American Buddhist Association.
