Introduction to the former residence: The former residence of Qin Bangxian is located at No. 112 Chongning Road, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province. It is the place where Qin Bangxian (also known as Bogu), the early leader of the Communist Party of China, lived in his early years. The former residence was built during the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty. It was originally the "Jixitang" home of Qin Zhuoru, a local celebrity in Wuxi and Qin Bangxian's clan uncle. It covers an area of 2,300 square meters and a construction area of 1,938.12 square meters. The former residence is divided into two axes, east and west, with a total of seven buildings, each of which is three rooms wide. The building complex has a complete layout and is a typical Jiangnan residential building. The plaque of the former residence was inscribed by Yang Shangkun, the former president of the country.
