Introduction to Zhang Zhongcheng Temple: Zhang Zhongcheng Temple is located at the northern foot of Xishan Mountain and is commonly known as the Grand Master Palace. Zhang Xun (709-757), the imperial censor of the Tang Dynasty who helped Qing Dynasty, was an important figure in the "Anshi Rebellion". Because Zhang Xun and others fought a bloody battle in Suiyang, they prevented Yi generals from invading Jianghuai and provided strategic opportunities for Guo Ziyi and Li Guangbi's troops to regain their lost territory. Therefore, there are many temples and temples commemorating Zhang Xun in the Jiangnan area. Historically, Zhang Zhongcheng Temple, as the largest temple in Huishan offering sacrifices to folk gods, was an important venue for temple fairs in Wuxi.
