Introduction to Puzhao Zen Temple: There was a Buddhist temple in Gaoling Peak in ancient times, formerly known as Gaolingfeng Temple. It was first built during the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty and was built many times later, coexisting with Buddhism and Taoism. During the Cultural Revolution, the temple was destroyed until it was restored and opened in June 1984. Zhao Puchu, president of the Buddhist Association of China, personally inscribed the name of the temple "Ruri Mountain Puzhao Temple" and the plaque "Mainxiong Hall". There are Tianwang Hall, Ksitigarbha Hall, Dabei Hall, Pilu Hall, Reclining Buddha Hall, Sutra Pavilion, Dharma Hall, and Bell and Drum Tower built in the temple, making it a large and magnificent temple.
