Introduction to the Liao Dynasty mural tombs: The Liao Dynasty mural tombs are located in the north of Xiabali Village, Xuanhua, 4 kilometers away from Xuanhua City. They were first excavated in 1973. A large number of cultural relics, including more than 800 pieces of bronze, iron, porcelain, pottery, wood, lacquer, stone, decorations and food, and 360 square meters of murals were unearthed in the tombs. In 1993, it was rated as one of the "Top Ten Archaeological Discoveries in the Country" by the State Administration of Cultural Heritage. In 1996, it was announced as a national key cultural relic protection unit by the State Council, and was included in the 262-meter bronze corridor of the China Millennium Monument in Beijing.
