Introduction to Gongtang Pagoda: Gongtang Pagoda is located in the southwest corner of Labrang Monastery. It was originally known as the Great Golden Pagoda of Khattuk. It is famous at home and abroad because the statue of Infinite Light Buddha (Amitabha) brought from Nepal is housed in the pagoda.
