Introduction to Wanshi Lake: Wanshi Lake was originally Wanshiyan Reservoir. Shuimokeng Creek and Qiao Creek, two major water systems in the garden, converge into the lake. It is the core of the botanical garden landscape. It has the Pine Garden and Bamboo Path on the north side, and the Bamboo Path on the south side. It is an Araucaria lawn, with Palm Island and the Hall of Flowers on the east side. On the west side, the dam is lined with rows of Washington palms, which are native to America and have a southern charm. The lakes, mountains and lush vegetation form one of Xiamen's famous sceneries - "Ten Thousand Stones and Green Green" .
