Introduction to the Rain Praying Pavilion: The Rain Praying Pavilion is located on the hillside on the southwest bank of the park. It is an important landmark building in the park. This pavilion originally existed in the Tang Dynasty and was a place for praying for rain in Chang'an City. The terrain here is high and broad, with Yuejiang Tower in the south and Quchi Water in the east. It is a beautiful sight from above.
