Introduction to Siwei Pavilion: Siwei Pavilion was built in memory of Wei Ji. Wei Ji (1373-1471), named Zhongfang and Nanzhai, was a native of Xiaoshan in the Ming Dynasty. He served as the Minister of the Ministry of Personnel in Nanjing and returned home at the age of 77. During his stay in the countryside, he worked hard to dredge Xiang Lake, raise embankments and ponds, build culverts and sluices, and clear away private occupations. As a result, the farmland continued to be abundant, and the people felt the benefits and praised his achievements.
