Introduction to Peng Dehuai's former residence: is located under the stone peak of Wushi Village, Wushi Town, Xiangtan County, Hunan Province. The former residence was built in 1925. It faces the northwest and faces the southeast. It has a brick and wood structure, pink walls and green tiles, and is an ordinary farmhouse with a typical Jiangnan flavor. The former residence has always been occupied by his brothers Jinhua and Ronghua, hence the name "Sanhua Hall". In 1961, he lived here for a total of 34 days, received more than 2,000 visiting cadres and masses, and drafted 5 rural survey materials in his former residence for reference by the Party Central Committee and Chairman Mao.
