Introduction to the prologue hall: is a spacious octagon. The main wall is composed of three groups of dark red high reliefs, which respectively represent the themes of the bloody battle with Luo Xiao, the Hundred Regiments War, and the War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea. In the middle is a bust-shaped sculpture depicting Peng Dehuai during the War of Liberation. On both sides are two sets of murals with the themes of "Committed to the Revolutionization, Modernization, and Regularization of the Army" and "Being Connected with the People."
