Introduction to Jingju Temple: Jingju Temple is located in the hinterland of Jingxingyan. The temple was first built in the Tang Dynasty. The eminent monk Xingji of the Song Dynasty built a hut here. The Ming monk Shi Qi and the Qing monk Zhan'an successively expanded to form The magnificent hall was later destroyed several times. Now the abbot Miaode raised funds to rebuild the hall and re-sculpt the Buddha statues. It is now large-scale and the incense is very prosperous. The number of believers who come to worship is constant all year round.
