Introduction to Huiguang Pagoda: Huiguang Pagoda was first built in the Dazhong period of Tang Dynasty. It is a seven-story brick pagoda on the tip of Xiangshan Mountain in the south of Dongxi. It was rebuilt in the fourth year of Yuan Dynasty (1267). In the fifth year of Yanyou's reign in the Song Dynasty (1318), "Three days before Zen Master Zhiyun was about to arrive, the pagoda's god was shining brightly, as if a lantern was hanging, and everyone thought it was a good omen, hence the name." In 1693, Xiguiyou of Tang Dynasty, Master Tianmu of Xianyan Temple raised funds to build it. In 1966, he was demolished by the melon faction for destroying the "four olds". Now that it is prosperous, reconstruction began again in September 2001.
