Introduction to Xianyuan Workers’ and Peasants’ Red Army Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Tower: In order to commemorate the workers’ and peasants’ Red Army’s heroic sacrifice during the Agrarian Revolutionary War, the Wanzai County Revolutionary Committee was established in Xianyuan, the seat of the Hunan-Hubei-Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Soviet Station in October 1975. This memorial tower. The tower stands on the 50-meter-high Luojianao on the left side of the Xianyuan Township People's Government. The square tower has a base length of 4.1 meters and a height of 2 meters. The tower is 9.9 meters high. There is an umbrella-shaped eaves on the top of the tower. On the top stands a 70-centimeter-high five-pointed star made of bent steel bars. There are inscriptions on all four sides of the tower.
