Observation Deck Introduction: Xiaoshuikou Observation Deck is located at the eastern end of Xiaochangshan Island. Across the sea from Xiaoshuikou is the famous Mingzhu Shuangtuo Scenic Area. What directly comes into view is the sand Zhutuozi, hiding behind Shazhutuozi, who seems to be ashamed to see others, is Boluotuozi.
