Introduction to ancient temples: Chongxiang Temple, originally named Yaosi Temple, was built by Yuan Jun, the governor of Liujiang County in the eighth year of Emperor Kaihuang's reign in the Sui Dynasty (588), and rebuilt in the fifty-seventh year of Emperor Kangxi's reign in the Qing Dynasty (1719). The cliff statue of Chongxiang Temple is the key landscape of the temple.
