Introduction to the statue of Li Gang: Li Gang (1083-1140), a famous official who fought against the Jin Dynasty at the end of the Northern Song Dynasty and the beginning of the Southern Song Dynasty, was born in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province. His ancestral home is Shaowu (now part of Fujian). He moved to Wuxi since his grandfather's generation. County (now Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province). He was a Jinshi in the second year of Zhenghe of Emperor Huizong (1112), and together with Zhao Ding, Li Guang and Hu Quan, they were collectively known as the "Four Officials of the Southern Song Dynasty".
