Introduction to Macaques in Taihang Mountains: There are four or five groups of macaques, each group containing dozens to hundreds of animals. Taihang macaques are larger than southern macaques, have longer, thicker fur, and are cold-resistant. They also have double eyelids, short tails, shiny coats, and handsome bodies. The scenic spot has also trained and raised hundreds of macaques. They are usually free-range. When they hear the whistle, they will swarm down the mountain to eat corn and peanuts, which is very popular among tourists.
