Introduction to Laomancheng: Laomancheng is located in the northwest of Urumqi. It was originally called Gongning City. It was built in the 37th year of Qianlong's reign in the Qing Dynasty (1772). Emperor Qianlong personally named it "Gongning City". In the third year of Tongzhi in the Qing Dynasty (1864), it was built. The ancient city was destroyed by the war, leaving only the ruins of the city wall for future generations to pay tribute to.
