Introduction to the remnant stele of statues of the Northern Wei Dynasty:Xuanzhong Temple also preserves more than 40 stone statues and inscriptions from past dynasties. These cultural relics are not only important materials for studying the history of Chinese Buddhism, but also have reference value for studying the social economy and culture at that time. Among them, the statue made in the fourth year of Yanchang (515) in the Northern Wei Dynasty (broken) and the statue of Thousand Buddhas on four sides in the third year of Heqing in the Northern Qi Dynasty (564) are the two oldest cultural relics in the temple and are important materials for studying the early history of Xuanzhong Temple. The remaining statues of the Northern Wei Dynasty are engraved with Buddha images, donors and inscriptions. The inscription is: "On the seventh day of the tenth month of the fourth year of Yanchang in the Great Dynasty, on the seventh day of Gengwu and Shuo, Bingzi Chobo Village, Bhikkhu Fahuan and seventy people from the city, went up to build two stone Buddha areas for His Majesty the Emperor. May the people of the world be peaceful and obedient. Heart."
