Introduction to Snow Mountain Rock: Snow Mountain Rock was first built in the Guangqi period of the Tang Dynasty. It was originally called Bilian Rock. The famous monk Taijing of the Northern Song Dynasty went here to practice Buddhism. The Snow Mountain Rock was rebuilt with funds donated by Shi Chuanbin, the abbot of Guangcheng Temple in Taipei in 1988.
