Introduction to Star Building: Located at the highest point of Pagoda Mountain, it is a two-story attic-style building formerly known as Wangkoutai. It was built by Fan Zhongyan in order to observe the enemy's situation and direct the war with Xixia when he was guarding Yanzhou. Because it is at the highest peak, every night when the stars are shining, it seems that you can reach out to pick the stars, so it is named Star-Zhaing Tower. The original building has been destroyed, and the existing building was rebuilt on the original site in 1987. Standing on the star-picking tower overlooking Yan'an City, you can have a panoramic view of the scenery of Sanchuan, which is very interesting.
