Archway introduction: Archway, located in the square in front of Daming Temple, was built to commemorate Qiling Pagoda and Qiling Temple. The archway is solemn and elegant. Above the middle gate, there are four characters "Qiling Site" handwritten by Yao Yu, the salt transport envoy during the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty, in majestic fonts. Standing in front is a pair of majestic stone lions. They were originally ancient relics of Chongning Temple, a famous temple in Yangzhou, and were moved here in the 1960s.
