Introduction to the iron wok: The iron wok in front of the main exhibition hall is one of the nine iron woks unearthed in Yangzhou. There are three theories about the use of the iron wok: Some people say that Yangzhou Gang is located at the junction of the Yangtze River and the canal, with crisscrossing river networks. Floods continued, and during the Xiaoliang period, this wok was cast and placed by the waterside for flood control. Some people say that Emperor Yang of the Sui Dynasty made the iron wok cruelly and used it as a torture tool. There is also a view that the Taiping Army had many soldiers and many wars, so the iron wok was cast. It was used to cook military rations for the march. Whatever their true purpose, they are representatives of China's long culture.
