Introduction to the Changdao Maritime Museum: The Changdao Maritime Museum is China’s first comprehensive museum related to navigation. It is located in Xianying Palace on Miaodao Island. The Maritime Museum has eight exhibition rooms, opening up the history of Chinese navigation and the history of Chinese navigation technology. , the Origin of Navigation, Zheng He Memorial Hall, Tianfei Historical Relics, five thematic exhibition rooms and a pre-exhibition hall, with a total exhibition area of about 500 square meters, and more than 1,000 cultural relics, classics, models, and pictures related to navigation have been collected and exhibited. These include precious cultural relics such as whale boat-shaped pottery, pottery from the Daoshi Culture period, bronze mirrors, and models of sea ships from past dynasties.
