Introduction to Ma Jun: Ma Jun (1895-1928), also known as Tian'an, was a Hui nationality in Jilin, an early activist and leader, and a pioneer of the Chinese revolution. He and Guo Longzhen fought tenaciously for the patriotic student movement and the anti-imperialist and patriotic cause. Later, they were tortured by traitors and died heroically. There is now a tombstone in Ritan Park in Beijing, and a memorial room in his hometown of Ning'an County.
