Introduction to the virgin forest: The Sakura Scenic Area brings together Gaoligong Mountain’s subtropical broad-leaved primeval forests, natural hot springs, waterfalls of various shapes, streams, strange rocks and other unique geological and landform natural landscapes, growing at different altitudes. With different plants, from the high-altitude coniferous forest on the top of the mountain to the ferns and vines in the river valley, as well as the thousand-year-old broad-leaved giant trees growing on the rocks, it is a microcosm of the natural landscape of Gaoligong Mountain.
