Linyin Academy Introduction: Linyin Academy is a group of courtyards rich in Jiangnan garden characteristics. It was developed and built by the Lai Qiaoqian brothers during the Yongzheng period of the Qing Dynasty for the purpose of studying by literati and scholars. The original academy was destroyed in the war. The current academy was rebuilt on the original site by the scenic area management department. It is equipped with corridors, pavilions, halls, flowers, plants and fish ponds based on the ancient architectural style of Jiangnan gardens for tourists to stop and take a rest.
