Introduction to the Confucius Temple: Also known as the Confucian Temple, it was built in the Song Dynasty and was not burned by soldiers in the Ming Dynasty. The existing Confucian Temple faces south and is composed of Dacheng Hall, East and West Wings and Dacheng Gate. Entering Dacheng Gate, two ancient cypresses and three-way stone monuments stand on both sides of the courtyard. The cypress tree on the west side leans against the stone monument, forming a landscape of "Cai Bao Monument". A cypress tree on the east side was used in the battle between the Nian Army and the Qing Army in the Qing Dynasty. The mountain was burned by fire, but its branches and leaves are still luxuriant.
