Introduction to the North American redwood forest: Planted around 1980, it is the second generation of four North American redwood trees presented to China by President Nixon. It is the most distributed place in Zhejiang Province, with a total of 15 trees, with an average diameter at breast height of about 25 cm. The largest diameter at breast height reaches 40 cm. Sequoia, also known as Sequoia, is a large evergreen coniferous tree of the Sequoia genus in the Taxaceae family. The tree crown is conical, the trunk is tall and straight, majestic and extremely long-lived. It is the tallest tree species in the known world and one of the plants with the highest photosynthetic efficiency in nature. It has high ornamental value. The roots of the redwood trees are criss-crossed, intertwined, and closely connected, like brothers and sisters, more like lovers in love.
