Introduction to the old site of the Customs House: The old site of the Customs House is located under the Xiangjiang River Bridge in the middle of Juzizhou. It is a rare "colonial" building in Hunan Province. After Changsha was established as a commercial port during the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty, it opened and closed on July 1, 1904. First, a customs was set up at Xiaoximen, and then a new customs was set up at Chaozong Street. Both of these buildings were burned down in the "rice rush" in 1910. , so the customs office was rebuilt in Juzizhou in 1911. The public house covers an area of about 800 square meters. It is a two-story building facing east and west. It has a brick and wood structure, a granite wall foundation, a coupled arch gallery, and a green corrugated steel tile roof. On May 19, 2002, the provincial government announced it as a provincial cultural relic protection unit.
