Introduction to Shaowu Junchen Tomb and Wang Xing Tomb: Shaowu Junchen Tomb was moved from the vicinity of Liuhua Bridge to the foot of Muke Gang in 1955 due to the construction of a gymnasium. It is listed as a cultural relic protection unit in Guangzhou. Buried in the tomb are fifteen people including Zhu Yuyue, Emperor Shaowu of the Southern Ming Dynasty, and his subordinates.
Wang Xing’s tomb was originally located in Nanyi Village, Henan Province, Guangzhou. It was discovered in 1952 due to infrastructure construction projects. There is an unmarked monument on the tomb. There is a large green vat in the tomb below. There is a complete epitaph on the vat. The vat contains the ashes of Wang Xing, the anti-Qing general who resisted the Qing Dynasty when the Qing army captured Guangzhou, and his 17 wives and concubines during the Southern Dynasties.
