Introduction to the former site of the Pingjiang Uprising: The former site of the Pingjiang Uprising was originally Tianyue Academy built in 1867. Above the gate are the four characters "Tianyue Academy" written by Qing Dynasty scholar Li Ciqing. In the middle of the inner wall of the gate, there is a plaque of "Pingjiang Uprising Memorial Hall" written by Comrade Chen Yun.
