Introduction to Lingqinggong Temple: The architectural style of Chi Temple is different from ordinary temples. Its unique feature is that three temples are built side by side, from west to east: Fengdong Temple , Lingqinggong Temple, Taiyang Temple. The railings on the platform in front of the palace are exquisitely carved, and the Yuan and Ming stone steles standing on both sides in front of the palace steps are 6 meters high.
It is said that in the twelfth year of the Dali calendar in the Tang Dynasty (AD 777), it rained continuously in the Zhongtiao Mountain area, and the weather was not open for months. The rain caused disasters, submerged the salt fields, and caused heavy losses in the original salt production. After the weather cleared, the phenomenon of "autonomous red salt growth" appeared in the flooded salt fields. At that time, the salt official reported this to Emperor Daizong Li Yu of the Tang Dynasty as an "auspicious omen". After Emperor Daizong sent people to Yuncheng Salt Lake to verify the authenticity of the situation, Longyan was very happy and issued an edict to give Yuncheng Salt Lake the "Baoying Lingqing" pool, and he ordered to build it in the salt lake. Temple, the Chi God was given the title of "Lingqing Gong".
