Introduction to the Gedeng Monument: On the Gedeng Mountain to the west of the 76th Regiment in Zhaosu County, there is an antique pavilion. In the pavilion is the only Qianlong imperial pen in Xinjiang. The Gedeng Stele was built in 1760 AD, and Gedeng Mountain became famous for this stone stele. Although the stone stele has been peeled away by wind and rain, and the inscriptions are mottled, the entire stele is intact. It is a key protected cultural relic in Xinjiang.
