The pavilion is 26.2 meters high, with a base area of ​​146 square meters and an area of ​​nearly 900 square meters. It was completed at the end of August 1993 and completed in October of the same year. Opened at the same time as the park on the 1st, it is the famous highest scenic spot in the park. It is the place where visitors can climb to enjoy the cool breeze, the singing of birds and the fragrance of flowers. Looking up, you can have a panoramic view of the whole garden.
